Admission Policies & Rules Regulations

This section outlines the admission procedures, code of conduct, and policies for students enrolling at GINAHS D-I-Khan, Pakistan. Students are required to thoroughly review and adhere to these regulations, as any violation will not be pardonable. Admission Requirements

  • No Objection Certificate (NOC): Any student seeking admission or migration must provide an NOC from their previous institution. Migration requests must comply with the rules of governing bodies, and students must clear all dues before transferring.
  • KMU Centralized Admission Test (KMU-CAT):
  • Mandatory for all programs at GINAHS.
  • The test result is only valid for the respective admission session.

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

Admission Committee & Scrutiny Process

 

Committee Members

  • Director / Principal / In-Charge / Consultant / Coordinator – Chairman
  • Two Faculty Members (from each discipline offered)
  • Office Manager / Section In-Charge / Office Assistant

 

Responsibilities of the Admission Committee

  • Screening of Admission Applications based on eligibility, academic performance, and entrance test scores.
  • Preparation of Merit List using a structured evaluation process.
  • Addressing Applicant Concerns regarding eligibility, merit calculation, and admission policies.
  • Finalizing the Selection and submitting the list of admitted students to the competent authority for approval.
  • Regular Review of Admission Policies to ensure fair and transparent admissions.

 

Ineligibility for Admission

The following individuals are NOT eligible for admission at GINAHS:

  • Anyone expelled from a university/college for misconduct or use of unfair means in exams.
  • Applicants with a history of immoral conduct, indiscipline, or unethical activities.
  • Former students of GINAHS whose admission was canceled due to non-compliance with institute regulations.

 

Orientation for New Students

All newly admitted students must attend the Student Orientation Program. This session introduces students to:

  • Campus facilities and academic resources
  • Institute rules, regulations, and code of conduct
  • Guidance on adjusting to the academic environment
